I found this video and just subbed to his channel. Great video. Its not just for beginners though. Its for everyone. Watch it once to see what he says. Then watch it a second time to hear it. That may sound funny. But the first time we don’t really listen. We sort of read over it like skimming a page. So watch it a second time. I think we can all learn something from this fellow.

I dont know what happened to the video I think the channel was taken down. It was from a few years ago.
