Dear, I have contacted the sales team two times this year via the form on the website. In both cases I got a very useful reply. However, when I replied to those mails with follow up questions I never received an answer. I’d suggest testing if this is working as intended 😉 Because the email you receive does state that in case of further questions you can reply to that email. Wow. The Sienci Labs team already resolved this issue with me. Turned out something was going wrong as my email client used a different email address for the reply then was used for the initial ticket. Already suspected something didnt go quite right as customer service from what I heard is actually really good. And they’ve shown it indeed is! Thanks Sienci Labs team! ---
