# difference in dimensions between Aspire and gSender

Can someone help me? I created this file in Aspire, and when I view it in Aspire, it shows the dimensions I originally set (70x340mm); however, when I open it in Gsender, the dimensions appear differently.

How much differently?

If it’s 25 times bigger or smaller than it’s supposed to be then you probably have a unit problem.

If it’s the dimensions of the current file, those are the dimensions of the job tool path(s) and might be very different than the project dimensions which are typically the dimensions of your stock material.

I think we’ll need some more info to do anything more than guesswork. As a new user you might be limited in how many pics you can post but a screenshot or two might help a bunch if your work isn’t Top Secret.

This has come up frequently over the years and is almost always (like 99.9%) a post processor issue. Let us know which one you used.

@KGN Does gSender have a link to the support forum? I’d check before asking but I’m not at my machine right now.
