@Bill Excellent work, Bill! What was your process? Did you mask and paint?

My wife painted, ran it through my drum sander. Then some clear semi gloss.

Just mdf sealed with lacquer sanding sealer, wife painted letters by hand, sanded in my drum sander, sprayed with semi gloss

I agree with that for sure, she is learning V Carve, She also carves Ostrich and Emu eggs, I just try to keep up, also I get to buy equipment!
