Here is a new sign I made to hang up in my office. It is made from black walnut and I used a 1 inch surfacing bit to flatten both sides, than a 60 degree V-Bit for the carving, and a 1/4’ straight bit to cut out the profile. Finished it up with some shellac.

@Dewey & @chrismakesstuff Thank you for the compliments! The final dimensions were eight inches in diameter by one inch thick. Even used the longmill to add the keyhole slot in the back.
