# G38.2 followed by runaway jog problem

gSender 1.02; not exclusive to this version:  
Sometimes (perhaps 10% of the time) after using G38.2 in the console with the touch plate to locate an edge of a workpiece, the jog (using the GUI) away from the touch doesn’t stop and has to be aborted by pressing the Longmill controller button.

yes, at least in 1.05, and it certainly happens way more when I use G38.2 in the console. Not sure if it happens otherwise now, but it did at one time.
