Does anyone know if the warranty on the gcontrol will be extended until the Altmill arrives? My Gcontrol came in the other day but my Altmill will not be here until sometime in June. Will my warranty be half over before I get the CNC machine?

Checking on your order it appears the AltMill and the gControl panel were ordered separately, hence the computer getting to you before the CNC. By default these products have separate warranties, but if you have any issues, please let the support team know and we will get you fixed up. On an issue like this, we handle it on a case by case basis.

Yes I ordered them separately. I was just going to use my laptop but then read that the gcontrol was fanless and decided to go with that. I did unpack it to make sure it powered up and it did. I don’t expect to have any issues with it but just wanted to check into it.
We can solve this issue if you just send my Altmill today. I’m sure everyone before me will understand.
