I reset my firmware and my z goes down and jams on the table. Could you people please tell me how to fix this problem. I am sure you guys can help me out.v

You seem to be mixed up in a lot of problems with your setup. Since you never update on any of them, I’m going to assume none has been resolved.
Habe you contacted sienci for any of these problems you are stuck with?

You aren’t giving us much to work with. What machine do you have? Does reset my firmware mean that you flashed the board or just restored default settings? Does your machine use grbl or grblHAL? Does the Z jog in right direction?
If your problem is that when you hit the homing button the Z moves in the wrong direction there is a setting in the firmware to flip the direction.
Number 23 “Homing direction invert”.
If your mill also jogs in the wrong direction you might need to change number 3 “Step direction invert”.
Things like this can happen if you flash or restore defaults with the wrong profile.
If those firmware suggestions don’t get you sorted you’ll need to provide some answers to my questions in order to get more help.
