Help with Com issues

gSender ❓ Question

G sender keeps disconnecting while we are cutting our projects. While cutting , it stops and says it cannot connect to COM 3 . We have Arduino setup on COM 3 so we don’t know why there is an issue with the connection .

However we did get a notification that there were issues with permissions . Could this be the reason why Gsender keeps disconnecting. If so how can we fix this ?

Are you running Arduino and gSender at the same time? This might be causing a conflict on which program is using which USB port.

No we are not running Arduino at the same time
