How to calibrate a generic cnc machine with 5mm pitch ballscrews

Hello I build my cnc with 5mm pitch ball screw on X and Y Axes and 4mm pitch ball screw on Z Axe. I’m using the LongBoard controller with gsender. but my machine is not cutting accurately, How do i calibrate my machine to make accurate cuts?

Welcome to the group @arturozelaya! Would something like this online calculator help? You can also use gSender’s calibration tool but you have to start somewhere and I think one of those calculators or searching for the mathematical formula is where to start.
