Locktite? And where to apply it

I’m still having issues with my bolt tensions, especially on my v-wheels but elsewhere as well, relaxing after even moderate machine use. I didn’t use Locktite on my initial assembly, which I am regretting.

Is Locktite highly recommended and is blue the right stuff? Anything that should definitely have locktite applied and anything that definitely SHOULD NOT have locktite on it?

I’m curious about this as well.

I used low strength locktite (purple) on some of the fasteners. Any fastener that threaded into the aluminum extrusion got locktite and in general, any non-locking fastener.
Don’t use the blue stuff, the fastener would break if you tried to remove it without the application of heat.
