So I’m attempting to make a sign and need these shapes for interchangeable pieces. But some cut out great and the next one seems like the cut path moves over each pass and leaves me with a wasted piece. Can anyone offer insite as to why this is happening?
Check and make sure the couplers between the stepper motors, and the lead screw are tight. If one slips, that could give you that result.
