Hi all
I am thinking of making some wooden storage boxes for my children’s bedroom. I was looking at sliding lid opening but a little unsure how these are made. I saw some examples on this site www.customcraftltd.com but couldn’t find any plans.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

There is not much to making sliding top boxes. It simply involves routing a groove in the box sides that is the width of the thickness of the wood you are using for the top.
What CAD/CAM software are you planning to use? With that information, I am sure that you will receive all the help you need to do these boxes. Some indication of the planned size will help, too.
