I assume your USB cable is connected to
your computer and Sienci’s controller; and that both devices are powered on? Have you restarted your computer ? Is this a windows computer?
it is windows with windows 11 i will also restart it and try it again
Bump. I am currently having this issue.
Was connected fine then… Out of the blue…poof.
Restarted already…same deal
