New to this I received a Foxalien Vasto XL could anyone tell me what Profile to pick for this machine

I don’t think it matters. I’m assuming that we are talking about a profile in gSender.
To the best of my knowledge the profile is only used to return a control boards firmware to the default settings. Your mill should already have the default values and if they get messed up then Foxalien’s website should have them.
Since your “New to this” I’ll say that the Config tab on the left of gSender has some settings that get saved on the control board for the mill and some in files. The firmware settings all have a blue ‘computer chip’ symbol and will usually mention some $ followed by a number e.g. $102.
EDIT: Just remembered that you can export your firmware settings with gSender so you’ll have a back up of the defaults. Use the export button in the same row as the profile. It will export your current firmware settings.
At the top right there is a place to export gSender’s non-firmware settings. It’s good to have a copy of those once you get them setup just in case.
