# Sienci thanks very much

I would like the say that I got excellent service from Sienci Labs. I was having trouble with my Auto Spin router. I changed the brushes and they lasted one job and it smelt as if the winding were burning. Shut it down and contact Sienci Labs. They got back to me right away and said that they were going to send me a new one. As it was late on a Friday it was shipped Monday and got it Wednesday. Machine back up and running Wednesday night. Took the opportunity to re-tram the router and check the machine for square. All ok and back to making four inlay cutting boards.
