X-0 resets mid job

Hi,
I have been having a recurring issue with my Longmill MK2 for a few weeks now. At first, I thought it was a random error, but it now occurs during almost every job.
During jobs, I believe that the X-zero randomly resets.

As the job is running, a cut is made somewhere where it shouldn’t, I stop the job, raise the Z, and tell the machine to go to XY-0. When it arrives, the Y is ok, but the X is usually an inch or two to the left of where the origin XY was.

Not sure if this is a G-sender or Machine technical issue,
Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you,

Hello Loren,

Welcome to tne dungeon.
There are a few ways you can seem to lose a zero on an axis.
A good few are listed in tisi mk2 troubleshoot guide.

Hope you find your problem there.

Thanks Eddie,
Seems to be a setscrew tightening issue
