New machine, I seem to have a problem with the Z axis. I have a video explaining maybe better than reading. I can cut a job but the consistency of the Z axis is off. It will cut too deep, into my spillboard. If there are two pieces, the z axis seems to forget to raise before traveling to the next part. I am extremely green to this technology, so I appologize for my lack of knowledge. This problem seems to be reoccuring with the test samples I am running. I use Easel to make my designs and don’t believe it is in the programing of the parts.
My table is level, I use the autolevel touchplate, but I have had trouble having it work to find the XYZ 0 so I just use the Z probe option.
Not sure if anyone can help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.
