I have a Bob’s EVO4, I am trying to use a z probe. I put in plate thickness where it says to under probe select z probe only. Then where it says fast probe and slow probe distance. No matter what numbers I put in as soon as I select probe, the slow distance defaults to 2.95 and I get a soft limit error 2. The probe had been working fine until last update.
The tooltips aren’t correct - they both refer to speed (initial fast probe, secondary slow probe). We’ll look at adding customizable probe distances in a future build.
Would you be able to post the console output (in the console tab) of the last couple lines leading up to the issue.
We’ll be looking more into this sort of stuff this week
