Since you posted in the LSB category, I will assume that you have the SLB.
The technical manual for the SLB can be found on the Sienci website. The manual goes into detail of all the use for the buttons.

They likely control different emergency stop functions. Do you have a model or manual reference? That might help clarify their specific roles.

@abuislam That is not their purpose. You can read about all the actions they can initiate in the SLB technical manual.

I use one of the buttons to toggle M8 & M9 to turn my vacume on and off to clean up my spoilboard better when the CNC is not running a job.
