You’ve worked super hard to put your new machine together, so share what your setup looks like!
I work out of a small garage as a hobby woodworker. This LongMill (48x30) is my 4th CNC so I am no newbie. I had a choice to go vertical or sell my large table saw. As can be seen vertical has won out. Very happy with the set up. Built a base and set that at 10 degrees then built a torsion box that is 4" thick. Mounted the LongMill to it. So far all I have done is set up the spoil board and verify everything is square. I will probably pull up one of my last cuts on my old CNC and rerun the tool paths for the LongMill and see how it goes, but I don’t foresee any issues.
