I’m having issues trying to add drop box to my g controller, totally stumped. Downloaded app will not let me install?
It sounds like a permissions issue. Can you right click on the file and select ‘Run as administrator’?
That (permissions) or firewall/security.
What every it come with will check.
Tried that already no joy, I ordered a keyboard and mouse, should help with navigation.

I added a bluetooth keyboard/trackpad combo to assist when needed.
Can you provide an image or video of you trying to install the Dropbox app? Might help us understand the issue you are encountering.
Have you considered any alternatives to Dropbox? I personally use a network share but there are plenty of alternatives if the issue is specific to Dropbox.
I have used drop box for years, like it, going to try some suggestions today, thanks will update.
@Gyoungmsc Can you connect to the internet other than Dropbox?
