Air assist not running

I’m pretty sure my air assist has never been working, I just sort of assumed it was initially, the other fans are pretty loud when it’s running, but on closer inspection I can see the fan isn’t running at all for the air assist.

I’ve double checked the wiring and everything looks solid and correctly connected…

I understand that its just manual, there’s no commands from the software/gcode necessary to turn it on?

I don’t have the air assist but from what I can see, there are not software instructions that you need. I suggest that you contact Sienci. If it’s a dud, I’m sure that they will replace it. They may have some testing advice, too.
