Hi
I’m having issues with Alarm 8.
Everything is grounded and the wires looks fine and the switches triggers as they should.
I had the same issue on Openbuild X32, but changed #5 to 0, then it worked.
It does not work with SLB-EXT.
I have been through documentation and google search.
Any ideas?
Hi Keld,
Have you looked in the alarm list and watched the youtube for this specific error?
Yes have been though it all.
Still haven’t figured it out.
I thinj I’m gonna buy new endstop switches, I can’t figure out if they are the problem with SLB-EXT.
It runs 5 mm on z, then stops with a Alarm 8, when homing.
I also have issues with “ Unable to calculate position movements based on inputs-chevk arguments passed” can’t see what that should be for a problem.
There is non about that on the net or in here, that relates to this. There is no settings in gsender that i can see could do that.
Edit: I think i found the problem, it was a inverted limit pins and inverted homing direction invert behavior a the same time and maybe a defect Y Axis sw.
Edit 2: Found a extra limit switch and mounted it.
Now everything finally works.
Apparently SLB-EXT doesn’t like just one limit switch.
