For sale - Altmill 4’ x 4’ CNC MK2
This is new, inside the unopened boxes. It’s been sitting in my shop for a few months and I’ve never had the time to open it up yet.
It comes with the 1.5kW spindle and dust shoe and the zero-touch plate. Asking $3600 (neg), which save you $200 off list and about $300 in shipping here to Southern California.
I don’t understand why people post stuff for sale and do not include the most basic details …. where are you located and in what currency is that asking price?
If it is Canadian dollars it’s an excellent deal, if you are asking for USD then you are dreaming because you are at almost list price for a machine that likely has no warranty and is likely the Mark 1 version. The spindle is likely the one with ER16 collets rather than the current ER20 collets. You save sales taxes …. is that enough to get an older non-current product with no warranty? I know it wouldn’t be for me.
He clearly says “MK2” in the first sentence. He’s located in Southern California I assume, “…$300 in shipping here to Southern California.” And since it’s Southern California it’s US dollars.
Who cares what he’s asking. Make him an offer. And check with Sienci because they may honor the warrantee if it’s never been assembled.
Looks to me like you could make a good deal if you’re interested in a 4x4. If it was a 2x4 I’d be on it like white on rice. There’s just no way I can fit a 4x4.
@fshanno1 His edited post provides that information. His original one did not.
Do you have an idea of what it would cost to ship it to western Massachusetts? I am interested
Hello, I am in Northern California and am looking for an Altmill to upgrade my Longmill.
What is the best way to contact you about your machine?

Jeff
