A manufacturing issue with the left side y-axis gantry plate may affect some of our customers. The problem is the mounting holes on the left side gantry plate do not properly align with the X-axis rail. Customers with order numbers between #61432 and #61565 may be affected. If you are having an alignment issue and cannot install the left-side gantry plate, please reach out to our support team. We will promptly send you a replacement gantry plate at no cost.
