why can I not find a catagory for the auto touch probe or the SLB ?

now for the issue I need help with. I recieved my new auto touch probe yesterday 9/9/25 shut off the controller plugged it in turned back on. Opened up gsender very excited to use it as “ it’s a game changer “ set everything like resources said on probe went to probe and green dot/light was already on. Touched plate to bit no change. Banana plug tried in both holes magnet on cooler nut. Restarted gsender tried again got to probe screen and green dot already green again. Measured ohms on wires all good no shorts. Something is a muck here. Either the slb is bad for that plug in or the gsender is messed up. I tried going to 1.5.3 and still same issue. Need a little expert advise here as I have tried everyone’s suggestions on FB and gsender group. Thanks y’all !

I take you were succesful at working with the original 3 wire probe you had problems with in an earlier topic?

@Mark_R With respect, I don’t know why you can’t find it. There is a category on the forum in large letters entitled “SuperLongBoard” 
I’ve moved your question to that category since it is not concerned with Projects.
In addition, on the Sienci website, there is a link to the SuperLongBoard. In that link there is a very long detailed technical manual on the SuperLongBoard.
Actually I never got to try the open builds one. The machine sold and they wanted the probe with it so $50 more I said sure. I will look these over however I think I have already looked and done what these said. I will let you know. I think I will need to probably put in a ticket, I just don’t get a red dot/light no matter what I do.
Not sure why either. Not real crazy about this form set up.Need a list of every category and what problems go where .
