On my Altmill 4x4 the length of the wire from the SLB-EXT prevent me from using it on the right back quadrant of the 4x4 workspace. Is there an extension available for this?
@thankjun Did you get this sorted out, Joe? As far as I know, the cable is simply a two-conductor cable. I replaced the cable for my original touch plate with a length of speaker wire that I had kicking around.

Thank you for replying. I may sometime make a new cable with a magnet but I have quit using the autozero plate for now. Something happened and it would show continuity even when the magnet was not attached. Scienci troubleshooting did not find the problem and I received a new SLB-EXT. I’ve not installed it yet as I have a backlog of projects and everything else is working fine so I’m just using the manual method until I get caught up a bit.
