Cribbage board - barn wood

Made a crib board out of some reclaimed fir (from a family farm), it’s the wood that the finished board is sitting on.

Filled the nail hole and checks with black epoxy and black CA. Used a 1/8" round endmill for the holes and a V bit for the lines. Sanded to 220 and finished with 2 coats of Osomo.

Really nice! The holes are really clean, did you use a down cut end mill?

Yup, I read somewhere that a round end mill was better for “drilling” holes. I’ve done a few of these and been happy with how the holes are coming out.
