Is it just me or does Sienci never answer the phone. I have made several calls and left messages. They never pick up or call back. I know they must be super busy but this has me concerned from a support perspective. I am trying to be patient but this is not a good sign.
They have all ways returned my call.
They have always given me world class support. Both on the phone and via email.
@JJamesWoodCraft That has not been my limited experience, but more often than not, I raise a support ticket using the online form.
They saved my Christmas once, by preventing my machine being returned to sender because pencil lickers.
The communication was via mail though. Mail gives the responder time to react in its own time. My timezone does not synch well with the North American work hours.
My experience on both being the service tech and needing a service tech is, mails/texts work better, faster. But.. it might also be that me hating phones has something to do with that bias.
I never had an issue with calling if they didn’t answer I left a message and then they returned my call within a day sometimes the same day.
I’ve called several times never left a message and always got a return call from them.
