I currently have my waste board screwed down to the bed of my machine. I have a screw in each corner and one in the middle. Normally this isn’t a problem. Except on the job I am running right now. I recently flipped the waste board over because it was getting pretty cowedered. Put the screws back in no big deal. Ran the job everything was good. Snap. Center screw on the bottom was 2 mm too far in. Snapped my last 1/8th end mill into 3 pieces. Moral of the story? Counterbore your screws deep enough or be mindful of where they are and take them out. Nothing ruins your day like breaking your last bit.
