i cant seem to get easel to recognize my touch plate. Any suggestions?
Try touching the magnet directly to the plate bottom where it has been surfaced instead of the side that would be on top if you placed it on the corner of your work piece. That’s how the plate will be used in easel as I don’t think you can do x and y.
If that still doesn’t work, make sure you are plugging into the correct port on the controller, and that you have good wire contact in the plug. You can use a multimeter to ensure there is conductivity, it comes up al the time that there is a slight film that needs to be sanded off some touch plates, though I didn’t personally have this problem. I’ve never used the plate for x y though since I only use easel.
