Hi, Iāve been reading this post about error 10 and 79. Iām having the same issue and have something to add that so far has not been mentioned by anyone. I was running a program when the usb that contained the input file crashed due to a curruption of the usb itself. After that this very same problem started haunting me. This information maybe of no use to you in figuring out a solution but thought I would add it to the mix as a possible clue.

Iām wondering how this problemās solution when solved will be distributed as at this point it could be a software or a hardware issue? I have to ask as this problem popped up before I could complete my first project so that makes me very much a green rookie here and it would be good to know if a notice comes out as an email or it falls to me to just keep an eye out on either this web page or some announcement page.
Got the replacement SLB today. All connected and voilaā¦ itās alive and working.

Well, I guess every ticket is a problem in itās own right. Jeffs problem got solved with a replacement via a ticket. If I would have a board with the same issue, I would open a ticket too and start the process Jeff did.
This is a mere forum, where users of sienci products come and try to learn about there machines and help others if can be. The real brains are behind tickets.

I ordering a SLB now. Got to complete that first project. I can hear the wood laughing at me.
If your machine is fairly new, maybe you can get warranty on the old controller?
Have you opened a ticket with sienci about your problem?
