Feeds and Speeds for 3fl 3/8" Endmill in 4/4 walnut

Hi, I am very new to my CNC and want to cut out some shapes in 1" thick walnut. I have a 3/8" endmill with 3 flutes (its the 3/8"x1-1/4" roughing upcut end mill - 3/8" shank-3f-dlc from scienci labs) and am having trouble sorting out what feeds and speeds I should use. To hit what i’m seeing as the recommended chip load it seems like I have to have either very fast feeds or very slow RPMs it just doesn’t seem right, like 0.015, 8000RPM, 360-432IPM. Does this make sense to anyone?

What would you recommend my feeds and speeds be? Also I’m assuming a 40% stepover (though there wont be any for this project) and should i do a 1/8 or 1/4 depth of cut per pass?
