It seems a lot of solutions focus on speed settings. G-sender lets you play arounbd with those and to be frank, watching your vids, That axis is a flying (compared to what my old LB powered LM does.)
Since it seems that your axis is stalling mainly when starting, try the X-axis acceleration settings first?
