Was having an issue with alarm 10, went through all the trouble shooting resources and contacted support. Have a new controller on the way same day. I just wanted to say thanks for being a great company and providing this level of support. Support request process was a much-improved experience over my previous experiences.

Jim, I had similar issues and discovered i was using a low grade usb cable to connect my pc to the cnc (I have the gen 1 AltMill). I ordered from Amazon (UGREEN 240W USB C Cable, 40Gbps… Amazon.com: UGREEN 240W USB C Cable, 40Gbps USB C Cable USB4.0 GEN3 8K 60Hz PD 3.1 Video Cable Compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3, USB C Monitors, Hubs, Docks, MacBook, iPhone 17/16/15, Galaxy S25/S24, 3.3FT : Electronics ) and have not had issues since. This is considered to be a high grade cable.
