Hey Y’all im new to the Camlab experience and i am running into an issue im not sure how to deal with. Im trying to make a tool path for a guitar body from i model i’ve created and i cant seem to get it to not want to surface the top of the part. Normally it wouldnt be an issue but i dont see a way to have it programmed to surface the top with a face mill and then switch out to a 1/4" endmill. Any advice would help.

ever get this figured out? I don’t have my machine yet but I’ll also be doing guitars.

maybe someone who uses camlab would be better suited to answer but i suspect that the material size differs from your model size, specifically on the Z axis.
