Here is a video that shows this fellow doing the exact part I need done for the scroll saw he has. I have the same one. If anyone can do this for me I would really appreciate it.

If it was me, I would make this part on a CNC router. Machining it out of acrylic, brass or aluminum would make your final part more durable than the 3D printed version.
