i use the small Chinese 3d probe, but any 3d probe can be used.
also, this is not ready to use, i have some trouble implementing it cleanly in gsender and since I’m using AI to do the coding and changes i can’t just give it to anyone, its not safe to use as of now.
if any one that has more understanding of codding and is willing to help i can send the code and what I’ve done so far.
here are some issues i encountered
1: the ui can go haywire, a scrollbar can appear out of no were
2: i want to program a message at the end of the probing cycle to display a message like “probing successful” , but apparently AI can’t really find a reliable method , waiting for controller to display idle is not an option, i tried. i did try something today and packed the installer but ill have to test it tomorrow
so far those are the major issues i encountered, also if the cancel button is pressed before the probing ends a “probing failed” message will appear, that is only dependent of the cancel button and also locks the machine and require a soft reset.

there has been a new button added in the probing tab that opens a popup window
