New user here. has anybody had any issues with USB b connection to control box. connection seems loose with provided cable. Toggles on and off as it is touched. Also Im not getting any jog control to the actual machine but the visualizer in g sender shows movement.
An error message (Alarm 3) shows up indicating to re-home the machine, but not sure how to do that.
Assembly of most components went well except for a couple of defective anti backlash blocks and Couplers that attach to stepper motor. They will not hold onto the shaft of the motor.
