Firmware settings are much different between 1.4.8 Internal and 1.4.9.
@mollysaynavong I received the Long Mill closed loop upgrade kit for my birthday. (Great wife!) Included in the box was a short length of rail. I didn’t see anywhere in the video or in the written instructions what the purpose of that piece of rail is. Assuming everyone’s upgrade kit contains this short section of rail, you may want to update the installation instructions.
Very exciting. My AltMill shipped today and I’m still trying to decide which to purchase next… the Vortex or the LaserBeam!
