Hey everyone, here are our June 2022 updates. June 2022 Production Updates | Sienci Labs
Due to an incorrectly made batch of Y gantries, production is waiting on a new batch to be completed to continue shipping. We’ve continued to work with our manufacturers to get a new batch in as soon as possible and will be sending the new gantries in for coating tomorrow.
Although some of our customers will have to wait a little longer to get their machines, we’ve continued to keep actual shipping times between 1-3 weeks over the last few months and are working to fill orders within 2 weeks as initially promised.
We have also started doing the packing on 48x30 and extension kit orders. The last set of parts slated to be completed this month includes wiring and Y-gantries as we prepare to ship these machines in July.
