Got my laser up and working but after trying many files from simple text tests to speed/power files to image files my laser just stops after about 5 minutes of use. The laser stays on fixed to one spot and cannot be turned off without turning off the laser driver. I have to reset the SLB to get the laser running again. Also, seems that the power of the laser cannot be controlled by software (Lightburn) but is only controlled by the dip switches on the laser driver. For example, with dip switch set at 4, I get the same power out regardless of the software power setting. Can anyone help? Thanks
Make sure that your two pin laser plug coming from your diver going to your SLB are plugged into the bottom two (assuming a rail mount) of the three pin laser port on the SLB. If plugged into the wrong ones it will act as you describe.

What are your $30 and $31 settings and your Smax setting in Lightburn?
Moved my plug coming from the driver to the bottom two pins on the SLB. Laser works perfectly. Thanks for the help.
