What were the steps you used for the muli colored epoxy inlay?
What bits and speeds and feeds did you use to cut the epoxy?
Did you pocket the red area, pour the red epoxy and let it cure. Then pocket the other colors, pour and cure. Finally, surface and finish.
I did as you say in your last sentence. Routing was done with a 0.125ā 2 flute clearance bit and finished with a 45 degree vbit. speeds and feeds as per the Scienci tables.
Another question, did you stain the board after epoxy? any issues with the stain sticking or soaking into the epoxy itself?
No stain. Just some food safe finishing oil.
