Hey all! Good to be speaking with you, especially since I’ve been so busy recently and so have felt like I haven’t been able to be in the Forum as much as I normally would be. In any case, consider this a pre-announcement before I update this post to be the official announcement this coming Thursday:
New gSender “New U” will be ready for release
You’ll get a lot more info on this once I put together the blog post and we release our videos and other content explaining what this means - but for now I know that many of you who are active on the Forum probably already know what this means in terms of all the work we’ve been putting into this and the new look and features that’ll be included.
In the meantime, I just published up most of our docs changes (Additional Features is still pending) to show how the new functionality will work and look, so please feel free to go check it out and let us know how it’s all looking to you, including this specialized section we wrote to help people transition from the old design to the new one:
Moving forward, the ‘old’ gSender design will be referred to as “Classic”. We’re still going to make sure all the old docs are maintained for those that aren’t keen to upgrade and still want to reference the associated docs, you can find that here:
That’s all I’ve got to say for now, I need to step away from my computer so I can go enjoy Father’s day with my family. More updates to come, and sorry for the less-refined typing I just wanted to get the message rolling out in the interim for all our weekend warriors
