No matter what I do in craveco mm or inch’s when I send to gsender the visualizer does not scale it to what it should be

I have moved your post to the Carveco topic. We have other members running Carveco and I’m sure that they will be able to help you out.
When you saved your tool paths in Carveco did you save it with the correct machine file format? If you are wanting inchs - UGS GRBL (inch) (*.gcode)
