Just wanted to report it works fine with DS4 Windows Drivers for DualShock4/DuelSense5 - Download including Bluetooth.
One thing I noticed though and i think it has to do with the sticks being variable gimbles and not static switches; Moving the X, Y, and Z axis is much smoother if you map to dpad or buttons.
I’ll have to figure out what layout I need/like best, may still end up going to a different setup later if i decide I need more/want more inputs but for now this is working great.
