Recent SLB Upgrade on 48x30 MK2

I recently upgraded to the Super Longboard on my MKII 48x30 and now the machine will not keep it’s position. I have a video but not sure how to add here. i did change out the X Axis Anti Backlash and read that it may need some break in time. Should you be able to spin the v wheels by hand at all as they sit on the rails?

Most importantly, you should always be able to rotate the screws by hand on every axis, so if that’s not the case then consider looking at adjusting your wheels or checking the mounting of the anti-backlash nut.

If you’re machine is loosing position, the first and easiest thing to figure out is which axis it’s loosing position on and then work from there.

Might be worthwhile to mention to do any ‘rotating’ with the power off. I am assuming that there is a holding current when the power is on and I would have a difficult time to tell if there is an obstruction or tight spot if the holding current is preventing an axis to turn freely.
