Thanks for asking! It speaks volumes about your commitment to your customers. Thanks!
I completed the form, but when I hit “next” on the 2nd page, it just brings me back to the start. I completed all the asterisk sections.
You have the ability to give us feedback on multiple things, when you’re finished then go to the next page select from the dropdown again saying “I’m done answering questions” and then it’ll bring you to the end of the survey. Does that make sense?
Thanks @chrismakesstuff! Here is an image to help out. Give feedback on any/all products you’d like, then when done select the last option to finish up the survey.
I started the survey, but since I don’t have my Altmill yet, I can’t give good data.
We’ll try again in December.
Thanks for that graphic. I had the same problem figuring out how to submit the survey.
I also agree with Jake about your commitment to your customers. Thanks guys and gals.
I definitely admire your commitment, but I’m not impressed with your attachment to Google/Facebook/etc.
So, I don’t participate. I’m not alone.
Yep, unfortunately our usage of Facebook is primarily tied to the fact so many people prefer to use it and we want to make peoples lives easier by being where they are. If I had it my way everyone would be on the Forum, but despite my strong messaging to encourage people here we have nearly quadruple the amount of people in the FB group.
As far as google, I can also understand your stance. It’s a bit more integrated into our company workflow.
Wow really? More people on FB than the forum? I have long avoided a facebook account but may have to break down and get one to see what is going on there, and encourage folks to join our community forum here. Once again, thanks Chris!
