I have a project running at the moment that does fit this week’s contest-criteria somewhat. I’m carving fancy strips that will be mounted at the bottom part on the outside of a playhouse.
The work is fun, and I learn a lot figuring out how to cope with material way bigger than the machine bed. It is now that I can finally collect on the work I put into making sure my table would be able to be pulled off the wall like a drawer to take on these kinds of projects.
I cannot show any end result yet; I’m in the middle of the job that has to be finished before the weekend. Thus far the client is jumping up and down with the testfit; he could do with the shorter version at the back of the house.
